Experienced help desk analyst needed for permanent opportunity in Wellington.
Working within this busy team, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support. This will include password resets, creating user accounts, PC troubleshooting and network connectivity fixes.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more than a log and flog type role. You will have at least 1-2 years experience in a commercial service desk environment and will have excellent communication skills.
